Think my depression is starting to beat me tbh, the past few weeks have been the roughest for a very long time.

I don't know, I've never actually been officially diagnosed with anything, but I know my mind and I know something is off. I don't know all the ins and outs of it.
I get rapid moodswings several times a day, I can go from almost maniacal hyperactive happinness to self-hating despair in minutes. Literally.

I think it's worse today because my sleeping pattern is fucked up and I'm a bit sleep deprived. Hoping to get a good night's sleep tonight and I should feel a little better hopefully.
