I went for a walk today and sat down by the water to enjoy nature. I was starting to feel all spiritual and connected when it dawned on me that it's a man-made lake and there's a notice for fishermen stapled to the tree I was sitting under. So I smiled like the cynical, unromantic person that I am and enjoyed the view anyway.

The immediate crisis is over, but if the past couple of months are anything to go on, the next one isn't far around the corner.    Hopefully not.  This has been going on for far too long.

Here's what I don't understand about moderators. I mean this site's moderators are actually pretty decent, but, what's the deal with moderators in general? It's like, they're not my mom and I don't get why they get to have superiority over me. It's so fucking frustrating, it's always been one of the banes of my existence on forums or chat rooms. It's like, if society actually ran the way it does online with moderators, there would be fucking riots up the ass.

I've been in chat rooms where there's no moderators, or websites where the moderators just don't give a fuck. That's usually the kind of place that I spend my time, because I honestly hate the idea of someone who got some bullshit title telling me what to do. It often makes me feel fucking enraged, and rightfully so. I mean I am not enraged right now over anything, I am just talking about moderators in general. I am actually pretty chill right now. I just spent 155 dollars at whole foods for my weekly groceries, I got a bunch of nice stuff and I'm sipping on a nice cup of coffee.
