(That's a Star Wars reference, right?)

My best friend came over last night for an early X-mas gift exchange, and it was also a makeshift birthday celebration (her birthday is on the 15th). Among the gifts she gave me was a CD of the old 1980 Star Wars Christmas album.
Holy. Shit. It's like the Rankin/Bass films and Star Wars had an illegitimate child. The songs are so dumb and cheesy and fucking catchy, it's incredible. I'm legitimately sad that there are only nine songs on the album. I can imagine the claymation Star Wars Christmas special these songs aught to belong to in my head. Best gift ever.

Right now, I'm wondering what the fuck is in the big Christmas package from my missus. It's rectangular, almost four feet long, and about eight inches square on the ends. Here's the thing - when I shake it (of course I shake it), it makes a kind of liquidy, sloshy, rattling sound. Driving me spare.
