I think you see through a glass darkly. I am a capable and competent moderator, but this was simply not meant to be for here. When I agreed to moderate, I saw two potential troublemakers with respect to my transition: Cinjin and Last Poet. Unfortunately, I underestimated Cinjin - I didn't really consider him to be a likely spoiler, as I thought we would find some way to work out our differences. Last Poet continues to think himself "all that and a bag of chips," continues to harass me in shoutbox, and is now gloating over the spoils in the aftermath.

C'est la vie. Moderating had the potential of making me healthy and sane, and I don't want that. I am free to dream my deep, dark dreams now, plan the death of myself, and anyone else who may need to die, and return to living without trying to split my focus between my busy days and a busy moderating job.

I would have never said a word on these forums about the internal business of the Staff, but now you leave me no choice but to defend myself.
Perhaps if I had the sole power of hiring and firing Staff members you would have a leg to stand on ... or perhaps if I even had a vote in the final decision you might have at least some kind of tiny shred of truth to what you wrote. I "spoiled" nothing for you and it is regrettable that you are now acting like a spurned little junior-high girl.

I was more than willing to do the honorable thing and never mention the incident to you again, but more importantly, I sure as hell would never have done anything so gutless and underhanded as going on a public forum and lying about something that NO ONE knew anything about in the first place.

As for me, I've spent the last few days buried beneath my - our - duvet. It's only a couple of weeks to what should be Sam's birthday, you see, so what with that and stupid xmas and whatnot there are times when life loses all its flavour. It doesn't help that I've run out of alcohol and won't be in a position to stock up until Thursday. Even Shell's starting to understand that I've got feelings of my own and they're very raw right now.

Been having some rather strange and disturbing dreams as well, even by my standards.

Daughter came down with a cold/flu last week. Been stuck in the house together since Thursday last. Finally got her well enough to go to school today - and they are on strike!

Found out about a new cloud storage service... similar to dropbox, but giving me 15GB of storage space for free and 5GB for each referral!
Now the trick I was stupid for not taking is... if I sign up through someone else's referral link, I get 5GB as soon as I register... which I didn't, because I didn't read that detail, so I'm stuck with "only" 15GB...

Anyone want those 20GB off the bat?

Can't sleep. I have this trick where I smother my face in the comforter until I get a little light headed, press my forearms against my face, and inhale, and I can make myself believe I'm breathing in the smell of cum, and that I have jizz on my face and mouth and am just coming up for air.
