I went to chess club again last night, for the second time. It was great, they had organised a mini round robin tournament for those who didn't have league games to play.

It was me, two good players and their fucking champion! First game was me as black, against the champion! Yeah, I lost that one Tongue

We played 15 minutes each, per game. I thought I was going to get hosed through being rusty and my CFS messing with my brain too much. So I was pleasantly surprised to end up with 3 wins and 3 losses. I was so low on time in one game, the guy made me go through with the rook mate! I've never had to do that for a long time Smile Luckily I still remembered how!

Waking up at 6 am. I stayed up late last night so I'm a little sleepy. I stayed up unpacking and putting up my smart Blu-ray player. I was going to just buy a roku stick but this is cheaper. After browsing Netflix and Amazon instant video, I'm glad I saved my money.

Hungry and I have a sour stomach. Yuck.

Put away dishes. Washed up more dishes. Took the stove apart and cleaned it. Downloaded the IheartRadio app so I could listen to my favorite radio show, chased the cats from the kitchen because they were getting under my feet, took out some trash, posted some stuff on here, went back to cleaning...

All in the hour and a half that I've been up. Yeah, I know it's not much, but I now have less dishes to wash, I have a clean stove and feel better about myself.
