I just put my kid to bed.
She's so restless at the start.
I let that go on for a few minutes and then I tell her to settle down.
Then I do a big fake yawn, she yawns and 2 minutes later it's lights out.
Works every time. :-)

Ok, so I got a 90% secure job offer with very good salary and guaranteed tenure in 2 years. What do you guys think, should I take it?
