Currently battening down the hatches for round two of a group of storms that are bearing down on the area.

We had a spot of rain a couple days ago.... now, it's just sunny with a few clouds floating by...
I keep telling you Portlanders - come to Portugal!
The name doesn't change that much, and the weather is oh so much better.
Also, the food is better... Mexico is a bit further away, but you have Spain right next door for your Spanish language needs. They have the Canary Islands which are just as warm as Mexico...

Back to Portugal, awesome friendly people, not as crazy politicians (but still crooks, that's a given), lower crime, lower prices, beautiful scenery.

As a bonus, you'd be close to me! Big Grin

Having a surprisingly chill and pleasant conversation with my ex. How, I don't know, but I'm very glad that it's happening. Would've hurt too much to lose him entirely.

If I can make tacos in the UK, I'm sure I can make tacos in Portugal! Wink

I just googled and there are a few Mexican restaurants in Lisbon.
Do we have a deal?

So we have Tex Mex here. What would a PorMex (sp?) taco be?
