What's everyone up to right now?

After seeing poca's British tacos and after hearing the bombshell revelation from Iro that he has never eaten a burrito (from which I'm still recovering...), I am relatively certain that poca can make a decent taco with ingredients available in Tugaland.
Tapas, poca. Tapas style.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Tapas is in Spain... Usually overpriced bits of goodies. We do Petiscos... hmmmm tacos with moelas.... that could be a great idea! Bacalhau tacos?

Leaving to go home and try to nap for a couple of hours before going back to work (fucking 18 hour day).
But tomorrow it's all good. My wife and I are going to dinner in New Orleans and then will see Elvis Costello. Who knows? I might even get laid. Ok, I overreached with that last bit. But I'm definitely looking forward to the concert. Have a great weekend everyone. That could be good. I like chicken gizzards, but I've only eaten them breaded and fried. Never in a taco, though. I think I'm experiencing a little culture shock. That may be a real difference between America and other cultures. Tapas is Spanish, of course. But you don't eat Tapas because it's Spanish?
