I started watching Episode VII for the first time. I'm about 90 mins in. So far, very uneven with lots of unmotivated things happening. Not exactly a good movie so far I'm afraid to say.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Finally in Zihua. Spent more time on the tarmac than in the air. For such a short pair of flights it sure was a long travel day. Beats the 22 hour bus ride, though.

You might find it weird that I put sour cream on top of my plate of spaghetti but you'd probably do the same had you accidentally spilt half a cup of red pepper into your spaghetti sauce during cooking.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I recently received some new conflict resolution books, a book of partial differential equations (they seem so cool) for Scientists and Engineers along with another PDE book (I like having multiple reference points as someone else might have a simpler way of explaining a concept), and the complete Columbo series. I'm looking forward to gorging in these sources, though PDE's will have to take a backseat for now: it's been a while since I've done Calculus and ordinary differential equations, so I'll probably have to brush up a bit.
