- Braise some onions in olive oil with a bit of sugar, deglaze with a few splashes of merlot
- Add tomatos and salt, and half of a cheat cube
- Add herbs and a bit of ground dried hot peppers
- Let it cook for 20 mins
- Add a clove of garlic
- Add some cheese
- Some more red wine
- Add cream

Serve with cheese toast.
