Watching yesterday's Portland Thorns game against the Spirit, it's half over and it's 3-0 Portland.

Going to take kits for walkies soonish and then off to breakfast and the state fair. Hoping I feel good all day and torn about whether I want to bring my watercolors.... Last couple years I took them and didn't use them. Thinking no.

Doing nothing for labor day tomorrow, it's my day off. Just hoping I don't get the joint pain I got after last chemo. Which reminds me that I need to take my claritin. Did you know claritin helps with joint pain?

Granted, I don't stay in motels/hotels very often (2 nights this year so far) but in all my adult life, I have never encountered a room without a Gideon Bible

one with a Book of Mormon.

I don't think I have ever not checked, nor have I ever removed one, left a note in one or wrote in one.

Every summer I take my daughter to Santa Cruz, CA for 3-4 days. This year I didn't find a bible in the hotel room.  Sort of not surprising given the liberal attitudes prevalent there.

I wrote the "you can be good without god" message in a hotel room in Dallas a few months ago. I'm sure someone has already Sharpied-out the message and prayed for me by now lol
