Ran over a curb hard on the way into work, my tire was totally flat but the site mechanic type person helped me pump it up again. The tire hasn't gone down again, he's saying tires can sometimes get the air knocked out of them but be alright after. I hope he's right.

Other than that I've got several weeknd songs stuck in my head, the king of sex music.

I wasn't going to be drinking because I was driving.

But, being a military thing, the formal dinner ended with toasts using port.

Port is drank in small glasses. Fancy shot sized ones:
(sorry for it being in Portuguese - in the picture, the glasses are filled with the ideal amount for each type of drink)

Back from a day in the city. Drew blood at the VA for lab-work, and ran over to the northside Guitar Center to put a new (to me) amplifier on layaway to replace my Epiphone which went tits-up a month ago. Another month or so and I'll be pushing decibels again ... this time with an Egnater Tweaker 15. I'm stoked, it's an amp I've wanted for years.

Stopped at another couple of stores for strings and playing around with strange guits, a little grocery shopping for the next week or two ... a good day all around.
