Just cut six inches off my daughter's hair and am giving her a reconstructing treatment with keratin and then I'm gonna put a hidden ombre in her hair and I'm going to use Olaplex so I minimize the dramage I'm about to do.
I'll post before and after pics when I'm done, in another thread, ofc.

Being silly on AF.
How was everyone's day here? Mine was stupid. Felt sick most of the day, and got hardly any work done, at work.

I wish I could hug everyone at once.
The last few months have been really rough but I feel like I might be nearing the edge of the forest - the trees might be getting a little thinner around me and I'm pretty sure there was a patch of blue sky over me this morning, and I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate all the support you've given me over the last several months. Even if it was just a "hey, hope you're doing alright" post or a "keep on keepin' on" type of mild encouragement, it has meant more to me than I can rightly express.
We have a good community here on AF. You're my internet family and that's a valuable thing.

Listening to jazz on the radio. Just got my fridge worked on. Competent young man who didn't "bro" me. Minded his sirs (no ma'ams here), and the fridge no longer leaks.
Kind of a rough day. Really cranky at my PT, and that never happens. It's just been a draining week with the father, who I had to see today about said fridge.
And then my mother is home from Michigan tomorrow and will want to talk my ear off about it (summer cottage work).
Had thought to go and see Great Gatsby, by California Ballet Company, but I'm not sure I'm in that kind of mood. Not much else to do this weekend, though. Blood draw tomorrow. Hope no surprises. Just a scheduled draw.
