Just got back from court where my ex was lectured on his stupidity for trying to start trouble because he wasn't getting his way. Hehe

Even better that it was a hearing officer. He was trying to get me for support simply because I qualified for our kid to be covered for medical insurance. He wasn't getting her any insurance and because I was told she would be eligible through me, he tried to get me for fraud. When that didn't work, he tried to get me for support. I'm on SSI. He's pissed because he didn't get his way and made a threat to have my financials subpoenad simply because of a vehicle was purchased in Feb, that, while it has my name on it, Rob is playing for. Rob isn't involved in my custody dispute so what he wants to pay for isn't any of my ex's business.
I told the hearing officer he often gets bored and tries to cause trouble by taking me to court and she agreed with me and called him out on it.

What's even better is when a vindictive ex puts in a request to have child support adjusted and ends up having to pay a lot more. This happened to my wife with her ex.
