I've since spoken with my agent and in his words.... "That's not right. Don't worry, we'll get it taken care of." Then he proceeded to explain the details.

I understand that the adjustors have a job to do and that includes minimizing cost for the company. But, that doesn't excuse them for misleading their customers.

My agents are the reason I've stuck with State Farm as long as I have. They've all been amazing agents as well as being good people who put their customers first.

Insurance companies really are all the same. Happy to take your money each month, but entirely too tight fisted when it comes time to pay out a claim. Agents are the ones that make the difference. I would advise anyone with one of the excellent agents to stick with them regardless of the company.

Got my Dad to dub the Westworld season finale to DVD. That said, due to misinterpreting the DVD-R recording mode, it wound up being split to two DVDs.
