Watching baseball. The White Sox did everything to Randy Dobnak except give him a swirly. 80 pitches through the first three innings. Ugh.

Anyhoo. Doctor's appointment in the A.M., a quick trip to pick up some kimchi, then back home to get started on housework.

Up at all hours on system alerts, prepping for temp swings of 30-40 degrees, nighttime lows in the 40's. I've got a run of san marzanos I squeezed in - which is looking like a good bet so long as they make it another two weeks.

The smell of kimchi will literally make me puke.
I once punched out my roommate because he tortured me by eating it in my booth. (USCG communications station). I puked then punched him.  They were gonna bring me up on assault charges - but he talked them out of it. He figured puking and a punch in the face were about even. He even appologized. Fun guy with a sick sense of humor.

Guys, this 18th century marble statue blew me away. Scroll down and look at the closeup of the rope. All carved from one piece of marble.
(7 years just to sculpt the netting)

And here I am, getting pissed that my coat of arms has taken a good month at full time (cumulative, I've been working on it, off and on, for over a year). And I'm almost done. And it's in basswood (lime wood, you furriners may know it as), not stone. At least splinters don't blow out on marble...I hope.
