Was it only a magnesium deficiency? If so, I'm glad for you.
I have occasional bouts of labyrinthitis. I fall sometimes down. First time I was terrified. Called an ambulance. Felt embarrassed, but learned later it's not unusual to be hospitalised with a severe bout. Knowing what it is and what to do is all I need. That and a couple of sertraline tabs
Last time I simply fell over was about 2 years ago, in the garden. Bent down to pull out a weed and just kept going.
These days I sometimes fall up the stairs. There are three steps, dividing the levels in my split level house. Usually when I'm carrying a tray of food.
So yeah, I'm glad for you.

Never heard the term, but my wife suffers from this. She can make it up stairs, if walking slowly, but going down, I have to walk in front of her. That must be why we still have a life insurance policy on me...
As for BSB4, I'm happy for him, too. My BP meds don't do that, but I take Mg and Ka supplements just in case. They're a low dose, and my blood work comes back in the normal range, except for the anemia.

After a rocky year, I was fired from my first full time job with "We are dispensing with your services. Umm, you'll finish tonight"
Talk about touchy. All I did was hit one of my co workers with one of those old fashioned swivel office chairs. He had it coming. Besides I didn't injure him. That was in 1965. I was 18. I scared myself. That was the last time I hit another person in anger. That includes two years in the army living in barracks.
What is this "1965" you mention?

Speaking of the WTF thread!?
Interestingly enough (or not), I'm biologically old enough to have been Valk's dad.

There are only three steps. So I trip on the first step and fall forward. I installed a proper hand rail years ago, use it most of the time. Sometimes I forget if I'm carrying a tray. Add not really paying attention to that and down, or up, I go. Haven't broken anything yet, but it's only a matter of time. ( I have osteoporosis)

I think I feel the signs of a depression coming on.
I'm sitting in the dark listening to Springsteen: a sure sign.

12 years ago today I was getting ready to head to the hospital and then the surgery center to have both breasts removed. Some days it seems like it just happened and sometimes it seems an eternity ago.
This 'anniversary' always gives me pause...they only gave me three years at that time.
