'I will not be referring to you as "the masked avenger" on staff rosters.'

I should hope not.

I specifically wrote 'The Masked Avenger'.

Bosses are weird. One of the few times I worked for someone else, I was fired by being  told, ‘It has been decided to re-allocate you to “non-employee” status.’

Good news that it was a simple fix!

Our upstairs neighbors moved out while we were gone - we live in basically a duplex row house.. We're seriously thinking about renting that place in addition to the ground floor that we already rent . We don't really need the interior space but gaining a rooftop terrace with an attached kitchen and bathroom, and a second air conditioned space that I can use as my office, and no upstairs neighbors is intriguing, and we know the rent is very cheap. Just waiting to see what terms are offered.

After a rocky year, I was fired from my first full time job with  "We are dispensing with your services. Umm, you'll finish tonight"

 Talk about touchy. All I did was hit one of my co workers with one of those old fashioned swivel office chairs. He had it coming. Besides I didn't injure him. That was in 1965. I was 18.  I scared myself. That was the last time I hit another person in anger. That includes two years in the army living in barracks.
