Making plans. Computer plans. Opening my wallet to start the upgrade process is something of a Pandora's box. Now I'm looking at spending an additional $200 on a new case, and I've already spent over $1,000 this month.

I picked up a couple of tuna steaks while I was at Whole Foods earlier. I'll cook those sous vide this weekend. And I bought fresh jalapenos for the jalapeno butter sauce. I'm looking forward to it.

I love ahi tuna steaks, grilled. My wife balks at the price, so I haven't had them in years. I'll look tomorrow. Maybe I'll be balking at the price, now.

I was planning pork chops for later. I may just pull the sous vide gear out for that. Supremely tender pork chops sounds nice.

Watching baseball. I think I've settled on a graphics card. This is the third one I've purchased in the past month, and I've trekked the 10 miles to Micro Center 4 times this week. I settled for better bang for my buck as opposed to a slightly faster card. That will result in a shorter upgrade cycle, but upgrading now versus upgrading then is less favorable in terms of my dollar's purchasing power.

Having a beer. Surly's "One Man Mosh Pit" It's a hazy IPA. It's fine. It was pretty and in the way when I went to put another, Tapatio flavored chelada in the fridge.
