I went back and picked up ten more bags of fresh fettuccine at Aldi. It takes up more freezer space than I expected. And I ordered a couple of jars of Rao's Alfredo sauce while it's still on sale. I'll also pick up a jar of black truffle Alfredo sauce at Trader Joe's on the way.

Back from plotting tracks for tomorrows event, one short one (TD), one long one (TDX). The judges were OK to work with this time but slow, both in their late 70's. Now my knee hurts, will need to remember the brace for tomorrow.

I found a roasting pan that I like. It's really affordable at $20. The handles aren't ideal, but I like the rest of it. The more I read about them, the more I like the idea.

It's been one of those mornings. I was looking for where to buy a gift subscription to Kindle Unlimited for my brother-in-law. Instead I accidentally signed up for myself. So I talk to an agent and they agree to cancel and refund Kindle Unlimited. Instead, they canceled my music subscription. So I had to talk to another agent. Supposedly I'll be getting two refunds, leaving me no worse for the wear. Otherwise my adventure will have been an expensive mistake. Thankfully it didn't delete all my music playlists in the process.

I sincerely like the lines on that one. All of my roasting pans are the oval-shaped enamelware type.

Just woke up from a two hour nap. This damn time change has my sleep more screwed up than it was before. Harley was sleeping wrapped around my head. When she started squirming around, I woke up.

Almost time for critter feeding. Must be why she started getting restless.
