Up early, again. Protecting the middle dog. He woke me up by barking and I thought he needed to go out. Turns out it's raining like crazy and was apparently thundering a state away. I tried to calm him down so I could go back to sleep. Turns out he only feels safe tucked up my butt. The whole universe is working to keep me from a full night's sleep.

Watching Face The Nation.  I've got stuff I need to do today, but I really don't feel like doing anything.

I found money! It's only about $10 of forgotten laundry money, but I'll take it! I also found the bottle of Jagermeister. Proust!

Just fed all the critters and started the dishwasher. It's the most I have done today. Almost a completely lazy day though I did head toward the sewing room a couple times before changing my mind.

Sometimes I just need a do nothing day...and this is it. Rainy and gray skies so a perfect day for it.

Dawdling. I've got a bunch of zucchini that is going to go bad soon. I guess that will be lunch.

Sanding some curly maple boards for a project for my eldest son. Still working the 120 grit. Those boards are hard. It's taking some time.

Wings are ready, all I gotta do is stick them in the air fryer. Garlic bread cooks from frozen, so that's a no-brainer. Still thinking about the cocktail wieners. I think I'll heat those in a saucepan with some barbeque sauce and snack on those during the first half. Or not.
