Taking meds and dozing off in front of my computer.

Spent all morning chasing my tail trying to figure out an alternate way of filing my state taxes because the software I used last year wasn't figuring things out correctly. I finally figured out that I'd entered an amount in the wrong box when filling out my certificate of rent paid information and things fixed right up once that was corrected. I still need to talk to my building management before I file because they sent us two CRPs. I think the reason was that they entered the wrong phone number in one place as a result of a typo, but I need to be sure.

Yesterday I shaved the two boy dogs and things went well, as expected. I just tried to groom Harley the Crackhead. It didn't go as well. I may try to do a little more tomorrow and actually may try to trim her up a bit every couple days in the hope that she settles down. False hope, I am sure, but I don't know what else to try. She is currently tucked up next to my leg sleeping like the little angel I know she is not. sigh

Sounds like a positive move forward in healing.

I could maybe use a cane but learned long ago that I would most likely maim myself with crutches.  I am too uncoordinated for that.

Dad's sciatica pain is still flaring up. The doctors say it'll get worse before it gets better; as a result, tonight's Ravinia concert with the Dan Tyminski Band is definitely shot, and this year's annual vacation to Door County is probably shot.
