Do you have a favorite way to cook the ribs? My sister's method is to simmer them in a stock base with lots of onions for an hour. Then slather them in whatever sauce you like for a few hours or overnight. Other than taking the chill of the refrigerator off them, they are of course fully cooked. So you just grill them to eating temperature and to get the color you want. The meat just falls off the bones and is so tender. (Don't forget the corn on the cob. Five minutes, still in husks, in the microwave.)

Checking on a package from Amazon that went awry. It was damaged, so they returned it to Amazon. For some reason, they entered the delivery problem as "incorrect address."

She's out of surgery. Unfortunately the cancer was more advanced than expected., it had spread into her lymphatic system.
