Buh. My last experience with a professional editor- while very educational and I don't regret it in the least- has left me lacking in confidence over whether my character conflicts come across as flighty and indecisive, rather than split between two options. So now I'm constantly second guessing myself with regards to the heroine of book number two; she's supposed to be torn between seeing more of her potential dom, or getting frightened off, but does it come across that way?

I was fortunate to live in the university setting for many years so I grew accustom to women of intelligence and ambition.
