It sucks. I used to drink so I could get sleep but now I take too many meds so drinking is out. I have some recordings that sometimes help but sometimes they just make it even harder to sleep too.

C-section over. One live, two mummies (partially resorbed). Vet said badly scared uterus which they removed. Scars may have been from the previous c-section.
