Yes, indeed that's an improvement. I had a nightmare on Saturday. It was a rough one. Fortunately I don't get them often but I had to take two xanax just to get back to sleep.

I haven't had trouble getting back to sleep, but the nature of my nightmares makes it so I'm not sure I want to.

My youngest daughter just got on the bus for school. I've been up since 3-something. Debating on whether or not to have some coffee and try and clean a little bit or just go back to bed, given I got less than two hours of sleep.
