Well, my tenant who was drinking himself under the table just got arrested for a hit and run DUI, resisting arrest, and swinging on a cop.

@Alex-yeah, I'm pretty sad too. Yesterday I was kind of ready to go, the heat, missing my kids, basically a little homesick. The vacation has felt longer than two weeks.

But...I am really enjoying our new digs. This place is paradise. It has an amazing pool and courtyard. The rooms are comfortable, and unlike where we moved from, hot water!

Plus, the bar across the "Street" is a bar than will make me my favorite drink, though it is a total pain in the ass to make.

Le sigh.

Yeah, I love this place too. Great location, tastefully decorated, very nice pool, a/c, hot water (unlike our last digs), on a quiet pedestrian "street" a few blocks from the beach and close to many of the best restaurants - and it it's the same price as the significantly inferior place we were at.

Definitely coming back here next year.

@Rhythm- That is sick. Such bullshit. I think you handled everything really well. Those fucking cunts. I do hope you get to talk to someone who will understand how incredibly wrong it was. I'm pissed.

I hope you are able to get your kids out of there quickly, though it breaks my heart that they have to leave their friends because the school is shit.
