Oh holy fucking hot sweats.
Having a hot flash and NOT enjoying it. It is 2am and my other half has put five fucking blankets on the bed. WTF?! Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
Wondering why I am even persisting in existing. Sometimes, I feel like giving up, but then I realize that why should I make it easier on everyone at work by disappearing?

Wondering why you're persisting in existing is a good indicator that you might be depressed. I get the impression that you're a proud and strong willed guy who doesn't care what other's think or need help. There's no shame in at least talking to someone, like a GP. You would be missed, here and at work, I'm sure.
