Gentlemen, behold... The 3R! (Rev. Rye ‘rap.)
How to make:
First take a large tortilla, and place several slices of deli sliced turkey (my most recent attempt used four of turkey and two of chicken), then tear a slice of cheese in half and place it over the turkey. Then place a slice or two of roast beef over the cheese. (My first attempt used two slices of beef, but it ended up too tangy. A higher poultry-to-beef ratio results in a better balanced taste). Then, sprinkle Parmesan and bacon bits (in that order) over it. It should look like this.
Then wrap it
like this and pop it on the George Foreman grill while it’s still hot.
Bake it until it’s sufficiently toasted. It should look like this, perhaps a bit darker.
Cut in half (at an angle) and enjoy.
The one problem I have with it right now is it’s still too juicy. This might just be me, but when I tried it earlier today, I grabbed it and a lot of piping hot juices flowed out and once I squeezed it all out, I had a clear and hot puddle that covered much of the plate. Maybe poking some holes in the bottom side so they drip out onto the Foreman's fat tray.
