It's day eight of no cigarettes for me today.
I met a new lady a couple of nights ago at an art gallery, of all places, and she's coming round for dinner tonight.
So I've got about 10 hrs to clean this place up and make some food.
I'm not sure that's enough time. :-)

The date didn't go so well.
I made a simple chicken, garlic, sundried tomato and fresh basil pasta.
I had bought some alcoholic ginger beers.
The place was tidy.
But the moment she walked through the front door I wasn't feeling it.
I'd say about a third of our conversation was about the ways men have done her wrong.
It's weird. Dating must be the only time you go shopping and half the items on the shelves are broken.
Anyway, still not smoking. :-)

Just making myself a pizza.
Peppers, Mushrooms, Sweetcorn and mixed herbs. Got a nice bottle of white wine to go with it.
