Even though I look normal I've put on weight so I'm going to shed it. Started a Udemy course on .html and.css. It's mostly for the knowledge itself but if I get skills I can make money with, that's great.

I was proud that I could do a straight on selfie and still look good, so I'm going to work.

Just sheared my scalp. Also watching a big documentary on Randy Stair, and it’s legitimately shocking how terrifying someone can make their rage at a plastic froggy and a plush orca, although the fact that this motherfucker would become a mass murderer in less than three years certainly helps here.

Warning: foreshadowing of a massive bloodbath taken out on inanimate objects hidden just to be on the safe side.

This week in the Deep Hurting Project: Piranha 3DD. Fun fact: a few weeks ago, in preparation for this, I watched Piranha 3D. It was honestly a movie that hit the right balance of cheesiness and horror, the sort of movie where teens on a raft are told that there's a piranha emergency and to stay out of the water and immediately start to jump in. Some still jump in after the water starts turning red.



And then, at the end, we have the twist that the piranhas we've seen are juveniles and the mature ones are coming. It's honestly enough to get me pumped up for the sequel... At least until I think to myself "Dude, you do remember the only reason you're watching this movie is because the sequel is Deep Hurting Project bad, right?"

We've got a fire burning about an hour away, been there a few days now and they can't put it out.
The smoke is like thick fog up and down my street.
We have four water bombers, two choppers and numerous vehicles fighting it, which is fairly good considering there are hundreds of other fires burning around the two states.
It seems like were not in much danger yet, if at all, but I do know people who are here in town, evacuated from their properties.
It's been dry for so long now that we're getting fairly regular dust storms as well.
We need rain so bad, yet yesterday afternoon it hailed cricket ball sized stones two hours away in Brisbane.
I'll definitely be selling up once me kid gets older, that's for sure.
