That's rough. If you gargle some bleach it'll just go away. I know, the president endorses it. 
Seriously, I'm hoping for the best for you both! Instead of good luck, I'll say "good medicine!" 
I think I'll stick to gin for medical needs.

(And, yes, I chose the white MASH mask over one in olive drab because A, the white one was cheaper by $5, and B, it's actually closer to what they wore in the OR scenes though without those huge-ass ties)
