When you look at a tree do you find yourself saying, "I'd tap that!"

Trees literally give me wood.

It's described in the land title.....

The only things that do not automatically go with that is the water and mineral rights......

Anything growing - trees, crops - whatever are yours to do with as you like.

You could mow it all down and cover it with concrete if you like...

There kind of is another way, yes. We don’t have maple trees here, but it’s legal to do minor harvesting on public lands - if you pick a handful of wild strawberries in the park, no one calls the cops, f’rinstance. I was just wondering if the trees were your own, or if you were trekking out in the woods for the sap.

We are doing about 30 trees on our property - and 60 on the neighbor's. He helped tap the trees -  and will share in the syrup.....

I cut way down this year due to C19. We.will not open to the public as we usually do - and will only sell to select customers in a low exposure mode as possible.

Cool. If any of the trees show signs of dying, call your local sawmill. Sugar maple is worth a packet.
