Nice! Pretty much the only high-proof bourbon I like is Wild Turkey 101. I guess I'm going to have to try a couple others. I've had Old Granddad bottled in bond but it was so long ago that I forget what it tasted like. I have a bottle of Jack Daniels that I'm currently working down. 1.75L, it takes awhile.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

I've been having issues with WiFi connectivity at home for years. I've suspected for years that the problem is the router (especially since we've done damn near everything else there is to troubleshoot it besides fixing the router, plus connectivity tends to return after I unplug and reset the router), but somehow, my Dad, who had experience with computers that started with punch cards, has steadfastly refused to make this fix. And only now has he finally decided to break down. I had this clip ready.

Waiting for the technicians from Comcast to arrive and update my internet connection. My Verizon service has become increasingly slow over the past ten years with numerous glitches that have never been fixed to my satisfaction.

Just woke up. It's still very dark and I am still very tired...I may go back to sleep. The dogs are all making it look like a fabulous idea.

Woke up early this morning. Couldn't sleep so I'm browsing the webs and painting.
Why is it so?

I've been having a similar issue lately. I'm not ready to cough up $150 for a new router. Disconnecting and reconnecting works.

RE: What's everyone up to right now?
A fly flew into my room last night. It was giant, very quick, very loud, and extremely hard to kill. So, I did what I could to try and get it out. Tried luring it with some honey. No dice. Even tried to smear a little bit of it on one of my posters (well, technically, the plastic that covers it). Still nothing. And, after several hours of trying and failing to get it to bite, I decided to do the unthinkable and leave my door open. It still stayed there when I woke up. But then, something happened. I leave the Venetian blinds to my bedroom windows down (all the better to make sure Dad doesn’t see me jacking off when he’s going out to do yard work,) and it managed to fly in between two of the blinds. And, assuming I don’t open it to check at the wrong time, it’s just reduced to blindly bumping into the blinds and not escaping. And so, I killed it by swatting my hand onto the same part of the blinds where the fly was.
