Went to the grocery store the other day, and Dad mentioned he was planning on experimenting with making meat pies. And when I heard those words, my mind immediately went to one place:
And then the problem-solving part of my brain led me to this other place (starting at 3:52 in this video): And my legs immediately led me to the parts of the store where they actually sold veal, and we picked out the ground veal. It may not be as properly developed as Seabrook's description requires, but it was as close as I could find. And maybe if this goes well, I might be a step closer to figuring out how to pull off the restaurant idea I have where everything's themed around cannibalism, except the "human meat" is actually veal.

Just got back from my COVID test. It was scheduled for 3:35...finally got swabbed at 5:10. It was such a cluster that I don't have a lot of confidence that I'll hear about my results in a couple hours like they said.
