Watching the two John Wick sequels back-to-back (though I'm currently on a dinner-related hiatus.) It's kind of impressive how New York went from a sunny day to a dark and rainy night in less than an hour.








In my experience, the transition from daylight to full-blown night tends to go a bit longer than less than an hour.

Getting settled in for today's work. It's been a rough couple weeks with converting to the new software. Will be glad when it becomes routine.

A lady on a local FB page is offering two ink cartridges that just happen to fit my printer...going to pick them up later...score!

It's cold, cold, cold...by Monday supposed to be near 80 degrees and then by Wednesday night we may have snow, but will probably be ice. UGH!

Just back from laying tracks for the dogs. Our local competitions start in March.

Drinking coffee and taking pills. I've been taking antibiotics for a week for an ear infection, and I'm only showing small signs of my eustachian tube opening up this morning.

In other news, I received an email that my Covid tests that I ordered are due to be delivered today.

Just got an email saying to expect our COVID tests on Tuesday. Color me surprised.

It's the same day I will get my new T-shirt from my cousin's coaching business. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and had surgery last week. The sale of shirts and other merchandise is a way to help keep her afloat while she recovers.

Found a free guitar tuning app that allows for custom temperaments (because, for whatever reason, the B string in my main guitar is always sharp when I fret it). So now, I can just tell it to tune that problematic B string down about 9 cents so it sounds more in tune.

Finally sitting down and trying to decide if I want to sew or just veg out.

Got our COVID tests in the mail today...at first I thought we got two and looked closer to see there are two tests in each box.

Depooped the backyard, that was festive. Gave Zeus' cage a good cleaning. Filled all the outside bird feeders since the weather is supposed to turn to shit again mid-week.

Cooked up bacon, scrambled eggs, and biscuits just in time for husband to get home from work. Never know on Saturdays when he will get home.

A few other odds and ends around the house including changing some air filters.

Not sure where all the motivation came from but figured I better use it before the feeling left again. Oops - it's gone.
