Preparing my overnight oats for the next three days. I'm aiming for an average of $5 per meal for food, but it's hard to estimate how much I'm spending on each serving of oats.

Got some work done and getting ready to shower and head back to daughter's house. It's the last day of school here so it's a half day. Will spend the afternoon with the grandkids hopefully.

Finished a project two days early. Don't know what to do with myself.

Ordered the boyfriend's birthday present.

Finally got a firm date for celebrating my and my brother-in-law's birthdays. June 8. Our birthdays were in March. Something tells me there won't be such a large gap between my sisters' birthdays and the time we celebrate them.

I'm studying for my online bachelor's degree in Computer Science and also doing some side research on Wall Street and Cryptocurrencies.

Debating how I want my protein this weekend. Lunds has rotisserie chickens for $6 on Friday, I bought a bunch of stuff to make chicken Lo Mein but not the chicken itself, and Cub has fried chicken eight pieces for a buck off through Saturday. I should use the stuff I bought for Lo Mein, but I love fried chicken. Rotisserie chicken is good, too.

Doing some next to last minute errands before the trek north: taking the dogs for nail trims, fueling up el carrito, getting some dinner.
