What's everyone up to right now?

 Time for bed. I had a bad EIDE hard drive in the file server, but it's ready for the OS now. One drive in the secondary array is not detecting, but that's small skittles. The Pogoplug ARM device is ready to be turned into a LAMP server and the instructions are printed out. Those two tasks shouldn't take more than 6 hours tomorrow. Well, I think I bricked the pink Pogoplug ARM device. I'm building the ext2 file system on the second, which is black. And I replaced a couple cables on the file server and am installing Windows Home Server 2011 as we speak. ETA: That actually worked for the best. I thought both were model POGO-B02, but the black is actually E02, not B02. The B02 is no longer updated; the E02 is. Drinking candy cane flavored coffee and waiting for the mail. 
Just home from work and looking forward to catching tonight's Holkyoaks when I've made dinner.
I'm in a good mood tonight because during my break earlier, I went to the Bagel place at work and the lady in there asked me "Do you go to school near the station?" She thought I was bloody school kid! She thought my work uniform was a school uniform. Lmfao. It made my day that at 27 years old, I can be mistaken for 16 or under. Fuck you, ageing process! |
