I feel bad that I haven't been posting lately. It's been busy settling back in. My sleep pattern has been way off.

Mother is going away for a few days tomorrow so I should have some quiet time this weekend.

I lied and told my son that the chicken salad sandwich I made for him was "Chicken Cake" ...he is eating it.

Not long ago, I noticed that ketchup is 25% sugar.
That's why it tastes so good... And is so bad for you!
