But, I'm so ambivalent about the time I spend here myself that I can't begrudge them whatever alternatives they've moved on to. Real time beats cyber time, at least for old farts. Real people who I see regularly deserve more of my time. Exercise and new projects in the garden are more deserving of my time. Still, there are moments when something one of you says surprises me or informs me or stirs me up, and so here I am squeezing in a few minutes before work.

If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Sadly, that is not true. Padraic has likely left this life, and I have had enough serious health issues in the last two years to know that my days ahead are fewer than behind.

It's so true. The things you can read on here can be so easily taken for granted. I feel bad when I come back after a few weeks only to see that I've just missed out on a lot of the fun. You guys are all so great. I truly enjoy this forum. Yes...I'll soon donate some more money Tiberus.
