Abiogenesis is impossible

No, but you have my permission to actually address the fact that you only look at things from your backward view of "wow, that's unlikely, so it couldn't have happened".

When people win the lottery, snowtracks, does it only happen due to Intelligent Design? Because, it's super unlikely that anyone would win it, yet it happens all the time. Do you know why it happens? Iterative probability.

One guy isn't likely to win the lottery, but you're likely to have one winner when you get millions of participants. You understand this much of statistics, correct?

One planet isn't likely to have the right conditions for life, but there are a lot of planets in the universe, snowtracks. This is the exact same principle as how a few individuals can win the lottery despite it being unlikely for any one person. All your argument of "statistics, therefore God" is showing is that you don't understand statistics.

Stop talking about it. You're making yourself look fucking stupid.

here's a question for you mr. there are a lot of planets. who died and put you in charge?

Is not.

God died... at least the need to imagine him did, thus we are on an atheistic forum...

What does that even mean?
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.

I never said I was in charge of anything. I am saying you are displaying a fundamental lack of understanding about iterative probability.

Is it likely for one person to win the lottery if they buy one ticket? Is it likely someone will win if 200 million people each buy a ticket? The fact that you admitted there are lots of planets means you either think that the lottery doesn't work or you aren't seeing the similarity here due to compartmentalization.

Which is it? Is it possible for a person to win the lottery or not?

Ha! I responded before I saw your post, and mine was verbatim.

I don't think he meant anything by his comment. He's simply found himself backed into a corner and is lashing out ad hom style. It's the only close-quarters weapon in his arsenal.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

"book of biblical scripture says the Israelites migrated out of Egypt; book of nature says they did not."
not to leave anything behind was fulfillment of prophesy.
then they came out of Egypt, with much gold, silver, jewels, and raiment, which they borrowed of the Egyptians, who were spoiled by them, though very justly; this being but a payment of them for the hard and long service with which they had served them; see the exact fulfillment of prophecy, Exodus 11:2.

I... I just...

You know what? Fuck it. The sentiment expressed here is more than enough to demonstrate what an intractable loon snowtracks really is. I'm out.

Holy fucking shit...

You really don't have a single fucking clue, do you?
