I do. I'm married, and I don't think I should have sex with anyone but my wife. Doesn't matter if they're willing.
Well, it takes all kinds. If that's what floats your boat, I'm sure nobody's going to force you to have sex with anybody else. You have sex with just your wife, and I'll have sex with anybody I want to, and we'll both be happy. I'm glad we got that worked out.

That's a choice you made willingly, consensually, and I don't think it's unworthy of respect, but your forgoing complete sexual freedom doesn't obligate anyone else to.

I agree with you that one should honor those sexual agreements one enters into- because cheating sucks and nobody should do it- but those agreements can be wider than you'd think. Tongue

Well that's your choice John V, most people, even atheists remain monogamous with only one partner. However, if someone else wants to live a different sexual lifestyle, it's a free country and so long, as Zazzy said, all involved are consenting adults...then that's okay.

You wouldn't want anyone in the bedroom with you and your wife saying "No, you can't do it like that because I don't like that."

So long as it's between consenting adults and no one is being physically or emotionally harmed, it's none of yours, or my, or anyone else's business what two (or more) people do with each other.

Humans are animals with sexual needs. And I see no reason for anyone to control sexual urges as long as everybody involved is a consenting adult. It doesn't bother me that my keets are having a good sex life (it was the damned bell that bothered me- I've never understood the appeal of sex toys). And it doesn't bother me if people have good sex lives. Denying yourself sexual happiness is a sad thing.

Are you saying that my parakeets are offensive to god? They're so cute when they do it- little fluffy pastel bundles of humping happiness. God must be a persnickety sort.

Wait until one of them lays eggs... Tongue

Yep, unlike budgies, most people can control their sexual urges if they try.

Enjoying sexuality is part of humanity. We wouldn't be here if we, as a species, didn't enjoy it lol.

Your wife would not be consenting - and as she fits neatly into the set "everybody involved", her consent would be required for you to have ethical sex with anyone else.

They're both male, so that would be the scientific discovery of the year. I paid $19 for each of those little suckers- if one laid an egg I bet I could sell him at great profit.

But they don't have to, and many people don't see a need to (although I don't like PDA much- I do wish people would get home first. Luckily I can always avert my eyes). John, if you want to control your sexual urges, that's perfectly OK. It's a little obsessive and pervy for you to worry about what I'm doing in my own home with another adult, though. If you're right, I'll go to Hell and suffer for all my orgasms there, so no need to fret. Jesus will fry my sinful butt for sure, so you can relax and go about your business. He doesn't need your help.
