What do Theists Think About Atheists?

I would guess that many mainstream Christians consider atheists to be ingrates toward god. Many imagine that we are morally decrepit, mean spirited and loutish. It is the antitheists among us that are responsible for much of that impression, but we're all guilty of a lack of loyalty to the faith and of not loving god.

Most mainstream Christians don't really care about atheism from what I have seen. It's funny, but I think those anti-theists you mentioned care more about religion and unnecessarily bring religion into a conversation much more than most believers on this planet.

Only God knows your heart. As a practical matter Scripture tells is that we know people by their fruits.

I have a gay couple as neighbors and they seem like the most loving, joyous, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle and self-controlled people I've met in a long time. Fruit like that Chad, or are you so discerning that the verses that immediately precede these are held to a higher degree of credibility in the Cherry Pickers Buybull™? Most self-proclaimed christians don't have half of the qualities (fruit) listed in Galatians 5:22-23, but share more than one or two features found in the preceding verses (5:19-21) condemning the sinful acts of the flesh, namely; Sexual immorality, impurity, Idolatry, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, self-ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, and drunkenness. Now Chad, these are the qualities that describe most of the christians I know or have ever known. It seems that "they will not inherit the kingdom of heaven." (I've bolded the sinful acts of the flesh that Paul has condemned. I see most christians regularly engaged in as a daily lifestyle)

Here's how Christians view theists. At leat this one. Angry. Or lazy and selfish. Or prideful.
Some hate god. So they say they don't believe in a god that would allow some tragedy or evil to befall them earlier in life. Why didn't god protect me from that? Howcould a good god allow that to happen to us?
Some get so caught up in their own selves, that they look for reasons to deny a god that asks us to think of others first. I want to buy that yacht and have sex with as many as I can at a time, and never have to go to church... So out of necessity they have to deny god to clear their conscience.
Others are intellectual, and too smart for their own good. They think if they can't measure itor sense it or decide it it's not there. So they deny god on an intellectual basis.
