Somene should open a thread that has the only purpose of having utterly useless and retarded dribble posted in it.

Don't we already have quite a few of those?

well... some users do try to steer the dribble on those threads into something less useless... but never seem to have any success...

You don't need an ignore button to ignore someone.
And they will know you are ignoring them when you never respond to anything they say.

But it helps, I have been using it for various people.

It's a pretty standard rule at most forums that you can't put the Mods on ignore (no matter how good a reason you have for wanting to do so.)

Surely you can see the benefit of such a rule.

Troll comes on. Troll keeps disrupting a discussion.
Mods repeatedly try to warn them to stop.
Troll gets temp ban/suspension.
Troll complains that they never got any warning.

I actualy never had the need to put anyone on a ignore list before I came to this forum and the first one I put on that list was Vincent Vinny.

But what you write makes sence, but only if a person were to put all the mods on his ignore list.

Doesnt matter anyway, I simply have to ignore him like this.

Let me put it this way. I have had various people on ignore in my time here, but there is only one member in particular that I dislike with venom. Since my modification, I can of course no longer keep this person on ignore. My solution is never to read or engage with any post that member makes, except in any official capacity.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
