Many teachers only care about teaching the lesson plan and making sure the kids conform to what's being taught rather than teaching them how to think. Few teachers want students questioning them. This teacher sounds no different. Not only that, he sounds like a typical Christian who are afraid to entertain any thought of God not existing, and shutting down any discussion of it lest lightning bolts strike from the sky.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
