I am pretty excited for tomorrow- I wait for Thanksgiving all year. I'm making TWO desserts- Orange chiffon cake and raspberry tart. And I'm making the mashed potatoes. Gotta have those lumpy, with the skins in.

While eating a ham sandwich I once heard a Muslim apologist say that Allah created pigs without an evident neck was so that people would naturally know not to slaughter them for food (since in halal slaughter the throat is slit).
