Seems like Muslim fundies are really wacko about stretching logic to any length in order to prove their holy book true. I was on another forum years ago when some Muslim fundie kept claiming that the Koran is true because of some verse talking about man getting iron from Allah sending it from heaven, and because meteorites are often made up of iron then that proves it true. When I pointed out that the earth's core is made up of molten iron and that just about all iron that man has ever used has come from the ground, he claimed that all that iron came from Allah when the earth was first formed.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
I believe that there have been documented cases of civilisations making use of meteoric iron in history. It's still a hell of a leap from there to "that proves everything in the Kerrang must be true" though.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Allah also has a big fear of rejection, and deals with it by tossing temper tantrums in a mountain-top peasant syntax, as it is mentioned in Surat Al-Baqarah 2:171:
"The example of those who disbelieve is like that of one who shouts at what hears nothing but calls and cries cattle or sheep - deaf, dumb and blind, so they do not understand." Apparently, all mighty God lived with cattle his entire life and couldn't find any other example. Shouts at what hears nothing lol. So aparently, if you don't believe that the light of the moon is its own light, you're an idiot. Qur'an is more entertaining to read then the Bible, despite chapters like Ezekiel 23! If nothing else - it is nice to see that there is something in one of those books that is close to the truth - Now - how about the idea that the sun sets into a pool of murky water? He must be just as proud about that one too!!!!! If you write and ramble long enough and cover all the bases - eventually something you write will turn out to be true - especially if you take all sides! How dare you address Allah with anything but unique adjectives? "Entirely" and "especially" are not unique, because any idiot can be that. You have to say most merciful, most gracious. MOST. Allah should change Surat Al-Baqarah 2:171: to swamp disbelieve for believe. You insult your own God and you claim to be a Muslim, you're as dumb as a doorknob. |
