It seems like heaven would be a pretty bland place to spend eternity if it was unisex. So will I be getting it on with the angelic babes up there or not?

In Islam and Mormonism there will be plenty of breastage never before touched by the hand of man ready for you. Jesus suggests that we would be like angels and so not really all that interested in the boobs at that point. The resurrection would of course be physical or in the appearance of the physical so women are still going to have breasts. I imagine you yourself could grow a pair if you felt the desire seeing as the physical limitations that apply to us now and here likely won't apply there but that's speculative. What you're looking is a continuation of the same life you have now in a slightly different form. Exactly what form we're talking about will depend I think there different ways you can end up.

But if you want to go on the Christian view of the resurrection which is fully physical there will be boobies in heaven but you won't overly preoccupied with fondling them because you will be all holy, and we can assume you won't have hormones and reproductive drives. Even if the afterlife is on a non-physical or spiritual plane then it ought work in much the same way as perhaps a lucid dream or the Matrix trilogy, alternate forms of conscious reality we're familiar with. I think perhaps near death experiences may give a glimpse into that side of things. Of interest would be the very mystical experience of these visions normally, what you have is a feeling of peace and oneness.

If you want the Muslim version then you will get more than you handle with your 72 "wide eyed companion maidens" though I think that's a cheap selling point.

Why should I assume a particular version is indeed factual and real?
No one has ever died and came back... sure NDEs... the "near" part is the kicker... not quite death experiences. But this subject has been beaten to death on enrico's thread, so I won't say anything else.

If you don't believe in heaven, you can suggest improvements for heaven to the Christian god on behalf of his children.

It's possible that near death, or short term death experiences are accounts of what comes after. We don't actually know so you can believe either way. It isn't necessary to know something for certain fact before you're allowed to believe it.

Someone has at some point but there is no way to know who made what up and when. But you can make up your own mind it's a free universe.

You don't have believe anything it's up to you what you want to believe. There things we know for a fact and things we may or may not know. As long as you understand the distinction and the possibility of being wrong. A lot of atheists/materialists could do with learning that they aren't all knowing gods there tends to be a lot of arrogance and bluster from that end.

Perhaps one person did, no way way to know though. And of course near death experience if they occurred while the person was in a physical flat-lined state may well count. These are subjective experiences of course and can't really be accessed by science.

They may occur while the person is actually fully dead and physically/biologically inert though. In which case these are experiences that occur while the person is dead. It's a reversible state of death but they are still dead for those few minutes. In some cases the person enters the process of death from consciousness awakeness so that wouldn't leave any time for a dream or hallucination in an active functioning brain.
