Have you ever woken up paralyzed from the neck down? It's part of the same type of problem, or it is one of the symptoms of that disorder (can't remember the name right now). It happens to me quite a bit. When I was a kid I saw this program that said it was because a ghost was sitting on you, scared me to death. It really is just normal for the body to be paralyzed during REM sleep and in some people they wake up while still paralyzed and have to wait before they get to move. It's pretty scary if you don't know what's happening.
No. Never happened to me. I'm telling you, my sleepy time is boring. Half my face paralyzed a few years ago, but that was at work and due to stress.
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"

I have a story that I would like some opinions on.
28 years ago I was driving down the road at night. My father was in the passenger seat. A ball of light about the size of a soccer ball that was orange / yellow flew out of the sky in front of my car. The ball matched the exact speed and direction of the car and maintained a distance of 10 feet or so in front of the windshield. It stayed with the car for about a quarter of a mile and the flew off into the sky at an amazing speed. My father and I had no idea what this was then and still don't have a clue. I have considered ball lighting but this thing moved with the car like it had a purpose. I mean this thing made course corrections when the car changed speed or when around a curve. The ball was not overly bright either.
Any ideas?

My home town had a full dozen more folks than that.

That used to happen to me when I was younger. I found that having a TV or radio on would prevent it from happening.

Seriously I would love a real explanation.
I'm going with alien UAV.

A meteor that stays 10 feet in front of a car and makes course corrections to follow the road before flying away into the sky? Either his memory is extremely faulty or we don't understand how meteors work.
