Yeah, I've never gotten this whole "sniper hero" bullshit. A guy hides 1,000 yards away and uses an expensive gun with all sorts of telescopic sights to kill someone who doesn't even know he's in danger. At least when the fucking cops murder someone they shoot him in the back while he's laying face down on the ground at close range.

Oh...and then they say they felt "threatened."

Use of snipers is flawed in the lack of collateral damage to 'innocent' civilians in the area. War 101; make the locals loathe having your enemies in their midst.

That has worked like a charm in every war. Wonder why the Germans and Japanese didn't surrender earlier, since the enemy was in their midst and they got bombed.
